By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any Jeux Developers mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use the App.

Jeux Developers develops and publishes various mobile applications available for download through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Our apps may include games, utilities, productivity tools, and other mobile software solutions.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

• These Terms are between you and Jeux Developers, not Apple Inc.

• Apple has no obligation to provide support for the App
• In case of App failure to conform to warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund
• Apple is not liable for any third-party claims regarding the App
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. Government embargo

6.2 Google Play Store

For users who download the App from Google Play Store:

• These Terms are between you and Jeux Developers, not Google Inc.
• Google is not responsible for the App or its content
• Your use of the App must comply with Google Play's Terms of Service
• Google is a third-party beneficiary with respect to App Store terms

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Jeux Developers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. User-Generated Content

If the App allows you to post, upload, or submit content:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your content
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate these Terms or applicable laws
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms

9. Subscription and Payment Terms

9.1 Subscription Services

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Jeux Developers SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jeux Developers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

14. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App will be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of Pakistan.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jeux Developers regarding the App.
